Tube Sort Privacy Policy

Effective September 13, 2026

T.O.M Horizons (“we”) provides Tube Sort, a mobile puzzle game. This page describes how data is handled when you play the game and view ads.

Game progress

Tube Sort saves your levels, scores, helper balances, sound preferences, and other game settings on your device. The current game does not require an account or ask for your name, email address, or location to play.

Advertising and consent

Tube Sort uses Google AdMob to show ads, including optional rewarded ads and occasional ads between levels. Google and its partners may process information such as your device identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance data for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement. The data processed depends on your device settings, location, and privacy choices. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

Where required, the game presents a consent message before requesting ads. If a privacy choices option is required for you, the game provides an “Ad privacy choices” control on its home screen so you can review or change your choice.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your locally saved game progress. Advertising data is processed by Google and its advertising partners under their own policies and retention practices. You can remove locally saved game data by deleting the app from your device.

Children

Tube Sort is a general-audience game and is not designed to collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can address it.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy if the game or its services change. The effective date above will change when we do. For privacy questions or requests, contact team@tomhorizons.com.
